What are the payment options available to me to facilitate the payment? | |
We are offering the following modes of payments to our customers:
- Net Banking (Real time: ICICI Bank + other bank�s net banking channel)
- Credit Cards (Online mode- Real time payment)
- Debit Cards (Online mode-Real time payment)
- IMPS (Online mode-Real time payment)
- NEFT (Online+Offline mode)
- RTGS (Online+Offline mode)
- Cash (Offline Mode at ICICI Bank branches)
- Cheque/DD (Offline mode at ICICI Bank branches- ICICI Bank+ other banks cheques)
Your biller may have opted for only some of the modes. The entire list of modes available for any biller can be seen in the left hand side menu of the payment option page while making a bill payment for that biller. |
How do I facilitate payments through various payment modes? What are various restrictions against each one of them? |

Can I do part payment? |
|
Bills for some billers may contain mandatory as well as optional heads or sub-categories. Option of partial payment of the amount for some of these categories may also be provided in some cases, while it may be non-editable for some heads. For some line items with editable amounts, minimum and maximum limits may also be prescribed by the biller. The total bill amount for payment will get adjusted automatically on selection of some or all of the heads and the corresponding amounts against each one of them. Once a payment transaction is processed successfully for any bill item for a biller, that row for the biller will not be shown again in the list of pending items for that billing cycle. Outstanding amount left, if any needs to be paid by you directly to your biller. |
I am unable to enter the amount in paise in the editable field provided in my bill? |

You can enter the amount only in whole numbers in Rupees. You will not be able to enter decimal point and any number after that in the amount field. The amount appearing in various heads of your bills have been rounded off to the next integer. |
For cheque payments, where can I submit it for further processing? |
|
For a cheque drawn on ICICI Bank, you may visit any ICICI Bank branch to submit your cheque. For cheques drawn on some other bank, you need to submit the cheque only at Cash Management Services (CMS) enabled branch of ICICI Bank. To check whether any branch is CMS enabled or not, click here. Irrespective of the drawing bank for your cheque, the payment will not be processed if the cheque is dropped in a dropbox at any ICICI Bank branch. |
From where will I get the reference number of the transaction? |

After selecting any mode of payment, a unique reference number (Transaction ID) is displayed on the screen. We advise you to keep a note of this transaction ID for future reference and tracking purposes. |
I made an RTGS/NEFT/IMPS payment, but by mistake entered a wrong Virtual Account Number (VAN). What will happen to my payment? |

In case the VAN-amount combination doesn�t match, the transaction will get rejected and amount will be refunded to your account. |
I have set an auto debit mandate for a bill payment through my bank (ICICI Bank or other Bank). What will happen if I mistakenly pay the bill through eazypay? |
|
Payment done through eazypay is independent of any auto-debit payment mandate set with any Bank. In case of successful payments through both options, you need to contact your biller directly for further processing related to duplicity, refund, etc. ICICI Bank will not be responsible for refunds or any other issue arising out of duplicate payments due to their initiation through some other mode apart from eazypay. Refund will be processed only in case of failed or rejected transactions done through eazypay platform. Please read all terms and conditions available on the eazypay portal for more details on the same. |
Will I get any alerts regarding the payments done by me? |

Debit transaction confirmation alerts will be sent by eazypay based on the respective alert configuration maintained. As per agreement with biller, additional alerts such as bill generated, bill due in next 7 days, bill paid, bill date expired, etc. may also be sent to your Mobile Number. |
